RAVE – After being trapped in a cave filled with the undead, the skeleton knight's journey in Skeleton Knight in Another World Season 2 now leads him to an encounter that could alter the course of his adventure.
The first season of this isekai (otherworld) anime officially concluded in June 2022, spanning a total of 12 episodes. This new installment continues the story of Ark, Ariane, Ponta, and Chiyome following their separation caused by the collapse of an underground cave in Liza Village.
The original story continues in literary form; the light novel series by Ennui Light has reached its tenth volume, whereas the first season of the anime adaptation covered material only up to approximately the third volume.

In the previous episode, Ark sensed the presence of death energy within an underground cave. His investigation led him to confront a massive horde of the undead.
The situation spiraled into chaos when the use of magic inside the cave caused the rock structure to collapse, separating Arc from Ariane and Ponta. The pair were subsequently rescued by Chiyome, who—as it turned out—was also investigating the area around Liza Village.
To conceal his monstrous identity and avoid being hunted by humans, Arc decided to embark on adventures as a mercenary.
Accompanied by a mystical flying fox-like creature named Ponta, Arc’s path crossed with Ariane—an Elf warrior on a mission to rescue her people from an illegal slave-trading syndicate. Their journey is filled with high-level magical combat, inter-kingdom political intrigue, and entertaining touches of comedy.
